RSVP: Employee Holiday Party, 12/17

Please join us for an Employee Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 17, at 3 p.m. to celebrate the holiday season and recognize the amazing work of the Iona community. There will be an open bar, food, fun, raffle prizes and surprises in the LaPenta School of Business Atrium. The party would not be the same without you.

Please also bring an unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots to receive an extra raffle ticket!

SAC Meeting, 12/17

Please note that the next SAC meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 17, at 2 p.m. in the McGrath Conference room in the LaPenta Student Union. All staff and administrative employees are welcome to attend.

Mail Services Holiday Schedule

Mail Services will operate on a limited schedule during the holiday break. Service will be available on the following dates from 9 a.m.-noon:

• Monday, December 22
• Wednesday, December 24
• Monday, December 29
• Wednesday, December 31

Inside Iona: Iona Intranet Coming January 2026

We are pleased to announce the development of a new intranet website, Inside Iona. This platform is being created to serve as a secure, centralized resource exclusively for members of the Iona University community.

Inside Iona will:
• provide streamlined access to internal resources, documents, and updates;
• offer a dedicated space for information relevant to faculty, staff, and students;
• enhance security by ensuring content is available only to our community; and
• reduce reliance on the public website for internal-only communications.

Our goal is to make Inside Iona a reliable, user-friendly portal that supports the daily needs of our community while strengthening how we share information internally.

We look forward to introducing this new platform to faculty and staff in January 2026 and a “Phase II” rollout to students in the near future. Additional details will be provided as the launch date approaches.
