Quick Connect: Talk to an Alum, Get Real Advice and Expand Your Network
Quick Connect is a flexible networking opportunity that pairs Iona students with alumni working in their field of interest for a 30–60 minute, one-on-one phone or virtual conversation. It’s an easy way to explore career paths, ask questions and gain real-world insight from someone who’s been in your shoes. Whether you’re just starting to think about your future or looking to build connections, Quick Connect makes it simple to get started. Complete the Quick Connect sign-up form here to be matched with an alum aligned with your interests and goals. Once a match is identified, a member of the Alumni Engagement team will follow up with next steps. Questions? Reach out to Matt Ricker, assistant director of Student-Alumni Engagement, at mricker@iona.edu.
Fall Killian’s Kickoff Booklet Submission Deadline, 7/10
The deadline to have your event included in the Fall Killian’s Kickoff Booklet is Friday, July 10.
To ensure your event is featured, please submit and tag your event in 25Live with the “Student Event” calendar no later than July 10. This booklet is a key resource for welcoming students back and highlighting events across campus — don’t miss the chance to be included.
If you have any questions, please contact studentactivities@iona.edu.
Thank you for helping make the Fall Killian’s Kickoff a success!
Single Sign-On Change to QuickLaunch
In support of a secure and seamless digital experience for all members of our community, Iona University will transition our single sign-on (SSO) service from OneLogin to QuickLaunch on June 22, 2026. Additional information and details can be found here.
Starting Monday, June 22, 2026, please:
- Sign in normally using your current Iona username and password.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA); for example, by registering a mobile device or preferred method to receive verification codes.
- Once MFA is set up, you will use that method when prompted to confirm your identity during future sign-ins.
If you encounter any difficulties signing in, setting up MFA, or need additional support with assistive technology, please contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@iona.edu.
Reserve Your Table for the Fall 2026 Involvement Fair by 8/3
Reserve your table by Monday, August 3, for the Center for Student Engagement’s annual Fall Involvement Fair — one of the most exciting and well-attended events of the semester.
The Involvement Fair is a valuable opportunity to showcase your organization, department or program and connect with students eager to get involved on campus. Students will explore the wide range of co-curricular opportunities available at Iona, learn more about your initiatives and discover ways to engage throughout the academic year.
Table reservations are first-come, first-served, and space is limited. Late requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. All departments, programs and recognized student clubs/organizations are encouraged to participate.
We recommend bringing:
- An interactive activity to engage students
- A calendar of upcoming events
- Contact information for interested students
All groups are expected to have representation for the full duration of the event.
For more information, please contact the Center for Student Engagement at 914-633-2360 or email studentactivities@iona.edu.
When: Thursday, August 27, 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
Where: Murphy Green
Set-up time: by 10:45 a.m.
RSVP deadline: Monday, August 3
