In support of a secure and seamless digital experience for all members of our community, Iona University will transition our single sign-on (SSO) service from OneLogin to QuickLaunch on June 15, 2026. Additional information and details can be found here.
Starting Monday, June 15, 2026, please:
- Sign in normally using your current Iona username and password.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA); for example, by registering a mobile device or preferred method to receive verification codes.
- Once MFA is set up, you will use that method when prompted to confirm your identity during future sign-ins.
If you encounter any difficulties signing in, setting up MFA, or need additional support with assistive technology, please contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@iona.edu.
RSVP to the Employee Appreciation BBQ
Please join us for an Employee Appreciation Barbecue on Wednesday, May 20 at 1:30 p.m. The barbecue will take place on the Murphy Green and will include food, games, music and more! The day wouldn't be the same without you, so please RSVP today.
Volunteers Still Needed for Iona's Employee Day of Service
Iona will host its annual Employee Day of Service the morning of May 20 before the barbecue. Employees are invited to participate in a variety of projects with our community partners in New Rochelle and Westchester County. Details on this year's projects and registration information can be found here.
Juneteenth Quaff & Quill: Cookbook Talk with Nicole A. Taylor, 6/6
Join the Institute for Thomas Paine Studies for a conversation about the very first cookbook to celebrate Juneteenth from food writer and cookbook author Nicole A. Taylor, who draws on her decade of experience observing the holiday.
All-day cookouts with artful salads, bounteous dessert spreads and raised glasses of “red drink” are essential to Juneteenth gatherings. In Watermelon and Red Birds, Taylor puts jubilation on the main stage. As a master storyteller and cook, she bridges the traditional African American table and 21st-century flavors through stories and recipes.
Watermelon and Red Birds contains more than 75 recipes, including drinks such as Afro Egg Cream; dishes including Peach Jam and Molasses Glazed Chicken Thighs; and desserts such as Radish and Ginger Pound Cake. Taylor also provides resources guiding readers to BIPOC-owned hot sauce, jam, spice and waffle mix companies, along with fun gadgets to make your Juneteenth celebration special.
These recipes and the conversation with Taylor will inspire you to host your own gatherings to salute one of the nation’s most important holidays and create moments to savor joy all year long.
When: Saturday, June 6, 4 p.m.

Reserve Your Table for the Fall 2026 Involvement Fair by 8/3
Reserve your table by Monday, August 3, for the Center for Student Engagement’s annual Fall Involvement Fair — one of the most exciting and well-attended events of the semester.
