Water Main Repairs
Please be advised that Veola Water Company will be performing emergency repairs this week. There will be no parking in the area of 18 President Street during these repairs. At times, the roadway may be shut down to vehicle traffic.
We can expect some water discoloration during and a few days after the repairs. You can check the Veola Water Company website for outages, alerts and water safety tips.
New North Avenue Traffic Pattern
Please be advised that beginning on January 7, due to construction, all northbound North Avenue traffic (heading toward Iona) by the New Rochelle train station will be one way. All southbound traffic on North Avenue heading toward the New Rochelle train station will be detoured to Lockwood Ave. and directed to Memorial Highway.
Because of these changes, the Gael Express may experience delays due to traffic. Please see this link from the NYS Thruway Authority for more information.
