Mind Over Matter: Navigating Mental Wellness in a Changing World, 10/9

The NewYork-Presbyterian Iona School of Health Sciences is excited to kick off our Symposium on Health and Well-Being with an event that speaks to us all.

Mind Over Matter: Navigating Mental Wellness in a Changing World
Date & Time: Thursday, October 9, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Reception: 5:30 p.m.
Presentation and Q&A: 6–7:30 p.m.
Location: Sommer Auditorium - Bronxville Campus

This important conversation will feature experts from NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center and other NYP hospitals, who will share their insights on promoting mental wellness, managing emotional challenges on both personal and professional levels, and addressing the unique stresses experienced by healthcare professionals.

What makes our first 2025-2026 symposium particularly meaningful is that the topic was selected by our students. In response to student voices, we are proud to highlight an issue of such significance to our community.

We invite you to join us for a conversation to learn, reflect and connect with others centered on a topic that profoundly affects us all.

To attend, please RSVP by October 6.
